Return Conditions

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned items.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, once the product packaging (not the outer delivery packaging) has been opened, nail stickers and accessories cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is defective.
